Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR or payroll experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process HR information weekly (changes, leave, corrections).
• Complete onboarding and new-hire processes.
• Assist recruitment efforts and job fairs.
• Explain benefits, policies and procedures.
• Maintain files and records; index employment data.
• May handle Time and Labor for payroll.
• Other duties may be assigned.
