Job summary

Altec AIR in Broomfield, CO is seeking an HR Representative to support associates and leaders, partnering on HR programs, onboarding, timekeeping, and benefits. This role reports to the HR Site Manager and emphasizes confidentiality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

The position focuses on recruiting, data integrity, policy administration, and delivering core HR processes while promoting a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; 0 years applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support HR operations and projects.
• Completes routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of employee data in HRIS systems.
• Recruiting activities including screening applicants, communicating with applicants and scheduling interviews and conducting phone screening.
• Assists with delivering core HR processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and program implementations, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
• May administer other HR systems used for timekeeping, performance, and training management processes.

Altec AIR is in need of an HR Representative reporting to the HR Site Manager in Broomfield, Colorado.

The Altec AIR HR Representative will serve a critical role by supporting associates and leaders across the organization while helping to foster a positive, professional, and engaging workplace culture. Pay Transparency

Pay range: $51,500 to $57,200 annually. We are committed to fair and competitive pay for all associates based on their experience, education, and qualifications.

Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.
