Job summary

Altec AIR, based in Broomfield, Colorado, seeks an HR Representative to support associates and leaders while fostering a positive workplace culture. You will help with HR programs, policies, benefits, and employee relations, collaborating with managers to drive organizational initiatives.

This role involves recruiting, onboarding, compliance, recordkeeping, and data accuracy in HRIS, with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, and 0 years Applicable Experience.
• 2 Years Applicable Experience HR Experience Preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support HR operations and projects.
• Completes routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of employee data in HRIS systems.
• Recruiting activities including screening applicants, communicating with applicants and scheduling interviews and conducting phone screening
• Assists with delivering core HR processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and program implementations, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
• May administer other HR systems used for timekeeping, performance, and training management processes.

Pay Transparency

Pay range: $51,500 to $57,200 annually. We are committed to fair and competitive pay for all associates based on their experience, education, and qualifications.

Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.
