Fathom is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead talent acquisition and develop strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. You will work with department managers to draft precise job descriptions and hiring criteria, implement efficient recruiting methods, and manage the interview process.
You will screen applicants, coordinate interviews with stakeholders, and assist with offers while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

This position assumes responsibility for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
