We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the sports industry. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Staffing, and Recruiting. With your expertise, you will play a critical role in our mission to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent, ensuring our company's continued success and growth. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities :
As a HR Recruiter, you will be expected to :
1. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
2. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
3. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
4. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
5. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
6. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule.
7. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
8. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
9. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
10. Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
11. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
12. Promote the company's reputation as a "best place to work".
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role, you will need :
1. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
2. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
3. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
4. Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ / EQ tests, etc.)
5. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
6. Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. BS / MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
10. Familiarity with labor legislation and payroll processes.
11. Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
12. Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
13. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
