Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; two years HR experience; SAP/LIS administration experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills; problem solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own designated plant HR processes from planning through execution and improvement.
• Monitor process performance across onboarding, attendance, training, retention and compliance.
• Identify trends and risks, and drive corrective actions with plant leadership.
• Drive accountability for timely completion of HR activities and follow-up actions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support decisions.
• Standardize HR workflows for consistency and efficiency.
• Support employee relations and guidance on routine people-process matters.
• Ensure HR processes align with regulations and Kraft Heinz policies.
• Oversee payroll administration processes for the plant and ensure accuracy.
