Job summary

Southeast Culvert, Inc. is seeking an HR-Payroll-Employee Benefits Administrator to manage payrolls, benefits, and HR compliance using Paycom, from onboarding to separation. You will ensure accurate deductions, reporting, and benefits administration.

You will also handle government regulations (FMLA, workers’ comp), keep records, and support audits while coordinating with vendors and the accounting team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience with government regulations.
• 5+ years managing employee benefits and vendor relationships.
• 3+ years onboarding activities for new hires.
• 3+ years conducting benefits audits and policy administration.

Responsibilities

• Process all SeC payrolls through the Paycom system, including deductions and benefit submissions.
• Work with benefits providers to apply benefits accurately for eligible employees.
• Ensure HR policies are administered and reporting is accurate (FMLA, workers’ comp, etc.).
• Administer onboarding for new hires and at separation, handling required paperwork.
• Conduct new hire and benefits orientation and maintain employee records.
• Assist with accounting as directed and support internal/external audits of benefits.

The mission of Southeast Culvert, Inc. is to build lasting relationships to better serve our customers and our community. **Role:** HR-Payroll-Employee Benefits Administrator **Responsibilities:** * Process all SeC payrolls through the Paycom payroll and attendance system, to include employee deductions and payment submissions to benefits providers (PAYROLL)* Work with employee benefits providers to understand and properly apply benefits to eligible employees (BENEFITS).* Ensure policies and procedures in the SeC Employee Handbook are properly administered through payroll and other reporting requirements (HUMAN RESOURCES).* Understand and apply various governmental regulations governing employee work environments and practices, e.g., employee classifications, FMLA, workers’ comp, etc. and ensure accurate and timely reporting (HR).
