Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation is seeking an HR Assistant to join the HR Operations Team in Florida. The role supports execution of people and organization plans and delivers high-quality results through collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.

You will participate in talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, rewards, HRIS, and learning activities, helping with salary planning and employee records while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional HR experience in Specialist or Generalist roles.
• Experience managing an HRIS database.
• High skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to communicate professionally to individuals or groups.
• Experience supporting HR in industrial/manufacturing or distribution/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Support demand planning and coordinate recruitment activities.
• Handle recruitment steps from screening to background checks.
• Participate in talent management programs and inductions.
• Support employee engagement and internal communications.
• Assist with salary planning processes and HR data accuracy.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance.
