We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Operations Manager to join our growing HR team. This role is responsible for overseeing many of the core operational and compliance functions of Human Resources, ensuring the company remains compliant with federal and state employment requirements while delivering outstanding internal service to employees, managers, and business leaders.
The HR Operations Manager will serve as the company's subject matter expert for employment-based immigration and work authorization programs, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, affirmative action and EEO reporting, and various HR operational processes. This position will also play a key role in the administration and optimization of our Workday HCM environment in partnership with HR leadership and the HRIS Analyst.
