Job summary

Ethos is seeking an HR Operations Lead to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own core HR workflows, including job descriptions, offer letters, policy drafting, performance templates, and compensation trackers.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours (5–20 per week) at $70/hr, starting ASAP. You will collaborate with AI labs and product teams to ensure precise, high-quality materials and timely communication with candidates.

We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced HR operations leads who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We’re looking for HR operations leads with 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers.
