The role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, organization, and employee engagement while supporting projects to improve the internship program.

Responsibilities

• Organize candidate information using Excel.
• Create an intern satisfaction survey.
• Develop social media posts promoting career and internship opportunities using Canva.
• Coordinate professional development workshops.
• Prepare for career fairs and outreach events.
• Update the Intern Yearbook.
• Assist HR team with recruitment and onboarding activities.
