PrimeMatch Advantage is seeking an experienced HR professional in Wisconsin to lead full-cycle recruiting for full-time and seasonal roles. You will manage onboarding, orientation, and milestone check-ins while upholding strong employee relations and compliance with employment laws.

You will design HR processes, administer benefits, and oversee performance-related activities. This role supports Road America events and seasonal staffing, requiring adaptable, confidential leadership across the

Competenze

3+ years of general HR experience.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification required.
Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
Demonstrated leadership with team supervision and conflict resolution.

Scout prospective candidates for full-time and seasonal jobs via job fairs and other recruiting channels.
Conduct interviews and evaluate qualified applicants; move candidates through full-cycle recruiting.
Schedule interviews with internal teams and board members; coordinate Road America job fair.
Establish onboarding processes and new employee orientations; ensure milestone check-ins.
Foster positive employee relations and maintain organizational culture; handle grievances.
Ensure compliance with employment laws; administer benefits eligibility and enrollment.
