Job summary

The Hospital Authority of Miller County seeks an HR Manager to support day-to-day HR operations under the Director. You will handle recruitment, employee relations, benefits, leave, compensation, records, training, and policy compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Public/Business Administration or related field, at least three years in personnel administration, and strong knowledge of employment laws. Managerial experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, or related field is required.
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience in personnel administration; managerial experience is a plus.
• Must be familiar with current laws and regulations regarding employers and employees’ rights and privileges and be able to implement, audit, and identify compliant processes.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, leave management, employee records and training, and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
