Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an HR Manager, Labor Relations to lead the labor and employee-relations strategy at a Carrier manufacturing facility. You will advise leaders on labor law, manage investigations, and build frontline practices for employee engagement and trust.
Responsibilities include conducting workplace investigations, handling grievances and collective-bargaining support, and ensuring compliance with NLRA, FLSA, Title VII/EEO, ADA and FMLA.

The HR Manager, Labor Relations leads the labor and employee-relations strategy for a Carrier manufacturing facility, protecting a positive, direct-relationship work environment. Working with limited supervision on complex matters, this role advises leaders on labor law, manages investigations and dispute resolution, and builds the frontline practices that sustain employee engagement and trust.
The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
