GXO is seeking an experienced Manager, Human Resources to lead HR operations for a 1st shift facility in Locust Grove, GA. This role focuses on promoting employee engagement, liaising between staff and management, and upholding GXO values to drive a positive workplace culture.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of HR management experience, with strong knowledge of employee relations, policy administration, recruiting, and HRIS/timekeeping systems.
