The HR Manager is a member of a growing team of HR consultants who provide expertise-based services to a suite of non-profit organizations with whomSunflower Services (Sunflower)works. In this role, you will handle employee relations, provide support in the creation and update of policies,andaddress a high volume of HR inquiries forSunflower’snonprofit clients. This role is ideal for an HRprofessional who iscomfortablenavigating throughconflict resolution,customer andemployee facinginteractions. This is a full-time position reporting to theAssociate Director(AD)ofHR.
The annual salary range for this position is $66,000 – $75,000. Our salary ranges are based on national compensation benchmarks of similar sized companies in professional services. This position is eligible for an annual bonus at 5% of the annual salary.
