As we expand, we are looking for a part-time HR Manager with an EdTech background to lead our HR operations, manage recruitment, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Develop hiring strategies to attract top educators, content developers, and tech professionals.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Build relationships with professional networks for talent sourcing.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Implement and update HR policies in line with industry best practices and legal compliance.
• Manage employee records, payroll coordination (if applicable), and benefits administration.
• Handle employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution.

Employee Engagement & Development

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive company culture through engagement initiatives.
• Organize training programs and professional development opportunities.
• Develop performance evaluation frameworks to assess employee growth.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 3+ years in HR, preferably in the EdTech or online education sector.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HR software, ATS, and remote team management tools.
• Recruitment Skills: Experience hiring educators, tutors, and EdTech professionals.
