Wiley|Wilson is seeking an experienced, people-centered Human Resources Manager to lead and evolve our HR function as the firm continues to grow. We are a 100% employee-owned architecture‑engineering firm with more than 190 employees across five offices, and this role plays a key part in supporting both our people and our culture.
This is a hands‑on HR leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with day‑to‑day engagement. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, training, and organizational development. The role also leads and develops the HR team and serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning and people strategy.
While the position offers some flexibility to work from home, it is primarily office‑based to support collaboration, visibility, and connection across the firm.
We offer a competitive salary along with employee ownership through our ESOP program and work‑from‑home flexibility. Our generous benefits package includes multiple group health insurance options, a 401(k) plan with up to 6% matching, 24 days of paid time off (PTO), five paid holidays per year, tuition reimbursement, and additional perks. We also prioritize work‑life balance with benefits such as 80 hours of parental leave for the birth or adoption of a child, a hybrid work schedule, and accommodations for individuals with disabilities in roles requiring travel.
