Qualifications

• HR Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing processes and reorganizing and maturing company culture.
• Seasoned with an established company that has processes in place and understands business.
• Understand FMLA, labor laws, payroll/benefits; payroll handling (prefer Paylocity, Paycor or ADP).
• Need to be tech savvy.
• OK with being a "one man band" but eventually will have direct reports.

Qualifications

• HR Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience putting processes in place and reorganizing and evolving Company and professionalizing atmosphere. Example may be putting programs together for career advancement
• Need to be seasoned/experienced with an established company that has processes in place and understands business
• Understand FMLA, labor laws, payroll/benefits, and handling payroll (ideally Paylocity but Paycor or ADP would be fine also)
• Need to be tech savvy
• Need to be OK with being a "one man band" but eventually will have direct reports
