Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an HR Manager to provide strategic counsel to leaders across distribution centers and regional offices nationwide. The role involves leading an HR team, partnering with senior management, and ensuring high associate engagement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The position emphasizes ownership of HR metrics, change management, onboarding, and employee development while promoting integrity and customer focus. A strong background in HR leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience required
• PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR
• Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Experience partnering with senior management required
• Knowledge of HR Metrics preferred
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases preferred
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices preferred
• Experience leading deployment of organizational change preferred
• Experience with conflict resolution preferred
• Experience with investigations preferred
• Experience with data analytics preferred
• Experience facilitating trainings preferred
• Experience with onboarding preferred

• You’ll provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels of our business in an impactful, collaborative, and consultative manner

The HR Manager role has a national salary range of $85,000- $150,000.
