The HR Internship Program is designed to provide a meaningful HR experience while helping participants explore career paths in Human Resources and develop foundational capabilities for future leadership opportunities. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the fall. Selected candidates will be invited to participate in a phone screen followed by a virtual interview with Polaris HR leaders. Candidates who successfully complete the interview process may receive an internship offer. Internship assignments are finalized in February based on candidate interests, strengths, and business needs.
Polaris provides relocation support for eligible interns working 35+ miles from their assigned location. Benefits may include a relocation stipend and assistance with securing temporary housing accommodations. Interns are responsible for daily transportation to and from their work location.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $21.50 to $31.50 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime. Individual pay and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.
