Qualifications

• Minimum overall GPA of 3.00
• Working towards a degree in Human Resources Management, rising Senior preferred
• Coursework in human resources, organizational development, communications, or related area preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft tools with interest in learning new tools and systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The People Center intern will be a vital part of our team and will contribute to our continuing efforts to identify and implement best practices.
• Key projects include: job posting and resume reviews, recruiting advertising campaign support, content mapping of Servant Leadership, partnership in extended onboarding curriculum and candidate experience.
