Simmons Foods is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern in Human Resources for our poultry plant. The internship offers real-world projects and cross-functional collaboration, with the chance to present to leadership at the end of summer.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, teamwork, and exposure to company policies, safety, and USDA/FDA guidelines. Candidates are pursuing a related Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate and should be capable of lifting up to 10 pounds and working on-site.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in a related field.
• Strong MS Office and computer skills required.
• Willingness to lead, take charge and provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Support Summer 2027 HR internship with cross-functional projects.
• Assist in process improvements and standard work within the plant.
