Job description

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to temporarily own a broad and specialized portfolio spanning HR project management, benefits administration, HRIS systems, and global mobility/immigration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety — one week leading a system implementation, the next reconciling benefits invoices or managing an H-1B renewal — and who brings strong judgment, attention to detail, and a service mindset to everything they touch. In addition to owning this portfolio directly, you'll manage and develop a Junior HR Generalist, delegating and reviewing work across these functions. You'll partner closely with HR Business Partners, HR leadership, immigration counsel, and employees across the company to keep core HR operations running smoothly and compliantly.

This role requires onsite attendance in our New York City office 4 days a week (Mon - Thurs).
