Job summary

Team One is seeking a Talent Generalist (HR) to provide professional HR guidance, benefits administration, payroll management, and recruitment support. This role supports policy development, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

The position involves training line managers, resolving employee relations issues, and improving leadership capabilities while ensuring policy adherence across the agency.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws.
  • Experience in fast-paced Advertising or Creative environment preferred.
  • Payroll and benefits knowledge; excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

  • Design & implement company-wide trainings with managers and HR Director.
  • Provide managers with fair advice regarding complaints/legal issues.
  • Oversee onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Maintain Talent Tracking reports and HR dashboards.
  • Manage department budget and Leaves of Absence administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal/State laws and company policies.
  • Conduct yearly HR audits and oversee HRIS reporting.
