Position Purpose

The HR Generalist ensures Lad Lake has an effective, responsive, and compliant employee lifecycle—from attracting qualified candidates through hiring, onboarding, benefits, leave, employment changes, and ongoing HR support.

The Generalist owns recruiting for assigned positions and serves as a key operational connection between candidates, employees, leaders, and HR. They ensure candidates and employees experience HR processes that reflect Lad Lake's mission and THRIVE.
