We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a HR Generalist. In this role, the successful candidate reports directly to the Senior HR Business Partner for Corporate Services. Under the supervision of the HRBP, serves as a trusted HR partner to leaders, managers, and employees across Corporate Services within the health system. Provides day-to-day HR guidance and support across a broad range of areas, including employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, employee engagement, organizational changes, and growth and development. Supports the consistent and effective application of organizational policies, practices, and employment standards. Assists managers in addressing workplace concerns, navigating performance and attendance matters, documenting employee issues, and promoting timely and appropriate resolution of employee relations matters.
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum of three years progressive experience in two or more HR disciplines.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
