Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, including recruitment workflows and leave administration.
• Broadcast or related media experience is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate while managing time and projects independently.

• Provide responsive HR support to employees and managers.
• Support talent acquisition activities including job postings and candidate communications.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
