Community Health Centers in Florida is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day benefits and leave administration and advise team members on HR programs. You will work with Benefits Manager and HR leadership on services, HRIS, orientation, employee relations, reporting, analytics, and HR projects.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or 4 years experience, 4+ years HR experience, benefits and HRIS experience; healthcare experience a plus; flexible hours and ability to

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting benefits administration, leave programs and benefits questions.
  • Experience with HRIS administration, HR reporting, and data management preferred.
  • Experience supporting employee relations and HR projects preferred.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP or other HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administration of team member benefits and leave programs.
  • Serve as a resource on benefits, leave, and retirement programs.
  • Manage HR operations, HRIS administration, and onboarding presentations.
  • Support employee relations, HR reporting, and analytics.
  • Coordinate HR projects and performance management activities.
