Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with the business, manage HR processes, and support onboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee relations at our MO Lee's Summit facility.

The role requires experience in HR, strong communication, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience and aptitude with HRIS (HR Information Systems).
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Previous experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate personnel files and confidential HR records.
• Process new hire paperwork, terminations, and employee status changes.
