Responsibilities

The HR Professional will contribute to a variety of HR functions and projects for clients and the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Work with multiple clients to solve HR-related issues and participate in projects such as handbooks, job descriptions, compensation, and related tasks.
  • Be comfortable on their feet when it comes to training and provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Engage in an expanding menu of HR tasks, projects, employee relations interventions, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leaders to equip and enable smart people decisions.
Job Requirements
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience required
  • Professional demeanor
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to flex and multi-task
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
  • Houston-based
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred
