Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Principal Specialist, HR Employee Partner (HREP) to support the Hardware Engineering and Mechanical Engineering groups in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. You will partner with the HREP Manager and business leaders to implement HR solutions aligned with our people strategy.

You will handle compensation, performance management, and talent acquisition, advise leaders, and drive workforce planning and leadership development while applying Raytheon HR policies

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in handling employee relations issues.
  • Experience leading HR related programs such as Compensation, Performance Management, and Succession planning.

  • Execute HR processes and activities to support designated customer groups.
  • Model Employee Advocacy behavior and serve as trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
  • Execute compensation, performance management and talent acquisition processes.

Raytheon is seeking a proven, high performing Principal Specialist, HR Employee Partner (HREP). The HREP will have responsibility for the execution of HR processes and activities to support the Hardware Engineering, Mechanical Engineering group. In this dynamic and fast-paced role you will partner and collaborate with the HREP Manager and business leaders to understand the business strategies and objectives while applying HR solutions in a proactive manner, consistent with the Human Resources vision and mission.

What You Will Do

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
