AuraOne, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HR Documents Specialist (Portuguese) to work remotely on evaluation tasks.

You will review Portuguese prompts and model outputs, compare paired responses, and provide structured feedback to improve the rubric and training data. Ideal candidates have prior evaluation or annotation experience in Portuguese, strong attention to detail, and reliable asynchronous availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on Portuguese generalist evaluation or adjacent content for HR Documents Specialist (Portuguese) work.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and the rubric clause being applied.
