Must haves:

• M&A experience
• Combo of PE backed plus the volume of stuff for foundational implementation (tech stack), developing data and reporting, but on top of that
• VERY tactical and strategic, doer
• Talent strategy and retention, credible at a board meeting, but can communicate with someone that is blue collar, communicative
• Manage team of 6
• Has to be in Baton Rouge, LA

Must haves:

• Industrial experience, service business, utilities companies, power plants, calibration testing engineered products, manufacturing possibly
• Talent strategy (succession planning, high level succession planning for directors/VP, performance management)
• Previous HRBP would be great
• M&A experience
• Data savvy, understand OKRs and KPIs to manager projects and deadlines, set KPIs for specific deliverables
