Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a Manager of HR Data & Governance to ensure accuracy of workforce data and optimize HR processes across the organization. You will lead data governance initiatives, define data quality controls, and drive standardization with HR partners and technology teams.

You will supervise the HR Data Management team, partner with recruiting, payroll, and business leaders, and promote training and adoption of new processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training with 5+ years HR operations/workforce data experience.
• Experience governing workforce data, HR processes, or HR technology operations.
• Experience with Workday HRIS and process improvements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and data accuracy focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR data governance, standards, quality controls, and audits.
• Own Workday data, position management, and org hierarchy structures.
• Develop metrics, scorecards, and reports for leaders.
• Lead data integrity across Workday and downstream systems.
