Cincinnati Children’s is seeking an HR Services Coordinator to provide frontline support at the Employee Service Center in a hybrid role. You’ll handle onboarding tasks, I-9 processing, fingerprinting, and badge creation while assisting HR colleagues and employee groups with information and problem resolution.
The position emphasizes data accuracy, program support, and collaboration with HR teams to improve workflows and service delivery.
Primary Location Lincoln Building Department Human Resources Operations Shift Day (United States of America) Schedule Full time Weekly Hours 40 FTE 1 Employee Status Regular *Expected Starting Pay Range $23.90 - $29.88 *Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.
Requires full proficiency through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks. Non-routine problems are solved by applying precedents and existing processes to new situations. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial or conflicting data. Works under limited supervision for routine situations. May act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
