A leading recruitment firm is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of HR experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position primarily based in North Carolina with occasional travel for recruiting events.
The HR Coordinator will provide support for the Human Resource functions for All States Construction, Inc. and all subsidiaries and affiliates with a focus on facilities in Maine.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit and use hands, see, reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, talk, and listen. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to ten pounds.
Minimum of 2-5 years experience with general human resource tasks. Must be highly motivated, sound judgment, ability to multi-task. Exceptional organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of human resources practices and laws affecting administration. Must have a valid drivers license, pass a background check, physical and drug screen. Reliable transportation is required.
The noise level in the work environment ranges from moderate in the office to occasionally loud at field locations.
