Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator contributes to AHF by projecting and integrating their organizational and communication skills to handle multiple projects in the HR department.

The HR Coordinator enhances the reputation of AHF by projecting and integrating their organizational and communication skills to handle multiple projects in a Human Resources Department. The HRC assists and enhances the productivity of the Department by ensuring that various human resources tasks are completed in a timely and courteous manner while maintaining confidentiality.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The HR Coordinator will work as a part of a close-knit team to assist in record keeping of personnel files, collaborate with the HR directors and Business Partners as needed on immediate needs from any of the business lines in Northern/ Southern CA, Bay area, Las Vegas and Seattle. The HR coordinator adds consistent value to the HR department by carrying out daily tasks to ensure business needs are met.
