The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting and implementing Human Resources strategies, programs, processes and policies within UCI Health Affairs.
Supports the HR Business Partner model by responding to routine HR problems and issues and assisting with the implementation of Human Resources strategies, programs, processes and policies among client departments within UCI Health Affairs. Performs a variety of routine HR transactions. Responsibilities include the following functional areas: employee relations, labor relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, talent acquisition, compensation, employment law, compliance, benefits and disability.
Applies professional human resources, organization policies and procedures to provide guidance to supervisors and managers to resolve a variety of human resources issues of moderate scope and complexity.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $32.42 - $38.51 (Hourly).
