Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina is seeking an HR Audit & Compliance Analyst in Durham. You will manage HR operations casework, maintain compliance checklists, and support audits across Workday, payroll, and governance processes.

Your role collaborates with HR, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, IT, and other teams to ensure data integrity and risk reduction. The position requires a degree or equivalent experience in HR, with 3+ years in HR operations or audit support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/Business.
• 3+ years in HR operations, HR shared services, HRIS, audit support or compliance.
• In lieu of degree, 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations requests and inquiries with timely, accurate resolution.
• Process routine and non-routine Workday transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Support Workday access issues for employees, hires, vendors, and external users.
• Maintain HR Operations Compliance Checklist and track due dates and evidence.
• Coordinate recurring HR Operations audit and compliance activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve exceptions and ensure on-schedule compliance.
