Siemens Healthineers is seeking an HR Care Partner in the Boston area with hybrid on-site requirements in Newton, MA. The role supports the local People and Functional HR Strategy, advising business leaders and frontline managers across assigned organizations.

You will champion employee experience and ensure compliance with HR programs and policies while collaborating on cross-functional HR initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5 years of HR experience,

• 5 years of Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and management consultation.

• Provide consultative HR support to frontline managers, ensuring consistent application of company policies, practices, and procedures.
• Conduct local investigations under the guidance of Employee Relations and/or Legal, recommend appropriate resolutions, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
• Reinforce employee relations strategies that promote individual and team success.
• Execute and ensure compliance with HR programs and policies, including but not limited to affirmative action, anti-discrimination, health and safety, and federal/state regulations.
• Participate in special projects, HR initiatives, and cross-functional efforts aligned with business priorities.

The base pay range for this position is:

$102,600 - $141,075

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
