Job summary

Indorama Ventures GSL is seeking an HR Business Partner for the AMEA region to partner with regional and local management across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

You will drive organizational development, talent management, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, and HR transformation initiatives while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day support in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree and/or HR certification is an advantage.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP exposure.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or FMCG environment preferred.
• Experience supporting multicultural teams across multiple AMEA countries.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to regional and local leadership on organizational, people, and business matters.
• Align HR priorities with business objectives to support growth and operational excellence.
• Support business transformation, restructuring, and organizational redesign initiatives.
• Provide hands-on HR support and guidance to managers on operational and strategic topics.
• Lead talent review, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Support compensation & benefits processes, manpower cost management, and budgeting.
• Advise on employee relations, policy compliance, and HR governance across AMEA.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and recruitment.
