Monogram Health Inc is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employees and management across designated units in Tempe, AZ. The role partners with HR to deliver value-added services reflecting organizational goals and financial literacy of the business.
The HRBP will lead weekly unit meetings, guide line management on performance and policy, analyze workforce trends, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting workforce planning and development initiatives.

The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its strategic objectives, its culture and its competition.
