Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking an HR Business Partner to strengthen the organization’s workforce by serving as a dependable resource for employees, leaders, and the HR Team. Hours of Work: 40 per week; Days of Week: M-F. The position emphasizes collaboration with leadership and the HR Team to deliver high-quality people

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum of two years HR experience, preferred.
• Operating knowledge of HR functional areas, preferred.
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
