Job summary

Elevation HR is supporting the appointment of an HR Business Partner based in Bradford. The role partners with Product, Creative and Marketing across UK/Europe, delivering people plans aligned to business objectives and driving performance.

Reporting to the European HR Director, this hybrid role involves 2–3 days on site with a range of benefits and a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Senior HR Advisor or Junior HRBP experience within multi-functional, commercial environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Broad generalist HR experience including organisational development, talent and employee relations.
• Commercially focused with a pragmatic and solutions-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers across the UK and Europe to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Supporting talent, succession and workforce capability planning.
• HR initiatives across engagement, learning & development and resourcing.
• Coaching and upskilling managers on people and performance matters.
• Supporting organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Working with managers on employee relations.
• Partnering with the wider European HR team on strategic HR projects and policy development.
• Leading recruitment activity for key business areas in line with future capability needs.
• Operating as part of the wider UK HR team.

Elevation HR currently partnering with an international and high profile, commercial organisation to support the appointment of a HR Business Partner.

Reporting to the European HR Director, this role will act as the HR Partner for key business areas including Product, Creative and Marketing. Operating across both strategic and operational HR, the role will focus on delivering people plans aligned to business objectives, driving organisational performance and supporting management capability to deliver their people agenda. The role is based in Bradford and offers a range of benefits including:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Snr HR Advisor or Junior HRBP ready to step up who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, supporting on day to day HR, change, engagement and operating within a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Broad generalist HR experience including organisational development, talent and employee relations
• Commercially focused with a pragmatic and solutions-led approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Degree qualified in HR or related discipline, or equivalent experience
