This job is responsible for leading a team of employment lawyers and paralegals while providing regular advice to internal clients and managing a docket of litigation, agency, and pre-litigation matters, including claims involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour matters.
Key responsibilities include providing employment and labor legal counsel to Human Resources, Employee Relations, and line of business managers, including advising on legal risks, negotiating and drafting employment-related documents, interpreting policies, and applying applicable employment laws and regulations.
Job expectations include directing outside counsel, coordinating the work of paralegals and other legal staff, and supporting the resolution of employment-related legal matters and inquiries.
This job is responsible for providing legal counsel on matters related to corporate functions, such as Corporate Secretary, Employment and Human Resources, Operations, Technology, Procurement, or Real Estate. Key responsibilities include reviewing complex legal documents, interpreting laws and regulations, performing legal research, and providing thought leadership and strategic advice to internal partners on related legal matters of potentially significant impact. Job expectations include directing the work of outside counsel and coordinating the work of Paralegals or other Legal staff.

Pay range
$235,000.00 - $278,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
