Purpose: The Administrative Coordinator for Human Resources and Payroll works to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Payroll office, serving as the first point of contact between HR, Payroll, and employees. This position plays a critical role in providing administrative support for all payroll and HR functions as requested by team members. The coordinator conducts all activities reflecting the university’s mission as a Christ-centered university.
Required: Associate degree, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required: 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in human resources or payroll.
Preferred: Experience in a higher education or faith-based institution is a plus.
