Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. is seeking a data and analytics professional to support HR Administration (HRA) through complex analysis, testing, reporting, dashboard creation and data visualization.

This role helps identify control weaknesses, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop data methods. You will collaborate with HR Technology and Operations Research to deliver actionable insights and training materials across the HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; plus two years' experience in human resources or data analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint).
• Experience with data mining tools and data visualization (SAS, SQL, Spotfire, Oracle).
• Ability to communicate with all management levels and vendors.
• Self-starter who can work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering data and analytical insight to support HR best practices.
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure FXF regulatory compliance for postings with Legal collaboration.
• Develop and validate queries for reporting and database analysis.
• Create testing and documentation for new HRA features, upgrades and conversions.
• Maintain HR procedures and training materials; participate in training sessions.
