Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience handling confidential employee matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR resource for employees and managers on policies and relations.
• Assist with investigations involving workplace concerns and policy violations.
• Maintain confidential HR records and documentation.
