Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an HR Administrator based in Blue Ash, OH. The HR Administrator will be responsible for a variety of human resources tasks, including onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, and coordinating payroll and benefits administration. The role involves serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and collaborating with management to address employee relations concerns.

  • Knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage employee records efficiently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for handling employee inquiries and collaborating with the management team
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Experience in recruitment processes and coordinating payroll activities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
